Refund policy

The user may indicate the cancellation of his order up to 24 hours after you have place the order. Charges or fees applied by your chosen payment method will not be refundable.

The period of return of the product for dissatisfaction is 10 days. For the return to be valid, the product must be unused, without altering its composition or shape, in the same condition in which it was received and must be delivered to the seller's address.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product has been listed with incorrect pricing due to a system error or mistake. In such cases, the order will be canceled and fully refunded if payment was processed.
