The ALACRUZ Modular Parrillero combines the durability of a traditional Argentine grill with the convenience of a modular outdoor cooking station.

Built with a high-temperature coated steel structure, refractory firebrick base and integrated wood storage, this grill is designed to become the centerpiece of any patio, backyard or outdoor living space.

Unlike built-in masonry grills, the Modular Parrillero requires no installation. Its modular construction allows for easy transportation, assembly and relocation whenever needed.

At the heart of the system is our fixed stainless steel grill grate, manufactured entirely from premium 304 stainless steel. The cooking surface features removable grill sections and a removable firebox module, making cleaning, transportation and maintenance remarkably simple.
